Good store

Assaulted by staff I went to look for a container for moisturiser. I found a small travel pack and went to find an assistant to ask about larger sizes. They didn't have other sizes so I put the item back and left the store. Then on the opposite side of the street mounting my bike I am unable to move... a hysterical Ethos employee is holding on to my bike pointing at me and yelling 'thief' and then back to her colleagues across the road 'is it her?!!' And they shout yes... ( In front of my local supermarket and a growing crowd of people). Yes It was me whom I picked up a product and put it back... but they claim a person saw me take it on the cctv or that it 'looked wrong' the way it put it back. I start shouting at her in my state of shock and walk off because how can I prove that her staff sees things that aren't happening!? This whole thing made me so furious I wanted to report them to the police. Instead I walked back in there and showed them the product and where I placed it. They said they get a lot of theft but I don't really see how that I should be reason for assaulting normal customers with an honest question who is nice enough to bother put things back! I am going to refrain from ever going in there again and write this review to help others choose perhaps a different location to this particular store. I have never been treated like this in my entire life. Unbelievable. So angry about this!
