I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Levi’s. I bought a pair of jeans for €110 and later realized that the button was faulty. When I returned to the store, we checked other models and colors of the same jeans, and all of them had properly functioning buttons—except the one I purchased. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the supervisor tried to convince me that the button was the same and working correctly, even though her colleagues admitted it was clearly different. I explained several times that the jeans are uncomfortable and I simply wanted to exchange them, but she refused to help, saying she was “only a supervisor” and not a manager. Honestly, I don’t understand how a Levi’s store can operate in such a way that a supervisor has no ability to resolve such a basic issue. I left the store feeling very frustrated and disappointed. I really hope Levi’s takes action to improve customer service and address situations like this in the future.
