Overall, I was completely dissatisfied with my shopping experience at Levi’s Arlington - Pentagon City. Not one store representative greeted me or offered assistance while I was shopping. I made it all the way to the dressing room without anyone checking in or asking if I needed help. The lack of customer service made the experience disappointing and unwelcoming.<br><br>To make matters worse, when the manager rang me up, I specifically asked for an exchange, as this was a gift. Instead, she refunded my transaction back to the original card and then tried to ring me up separately for the items I had asked her to exchange. This made the process frustrating and unnecessarily complicated.

X, the tailor for Levi's at this location, was fantastic! He was able to help me out with exactly what I needed to repair my 541s. Thank you X!

Huge thanks to Xitlali, the tailor, for the incredible sashiko repair work on my jeans—especially reinforcing the crotch area. You can really tell he took his time and cared about the craftsmanship.<br>I would also like to thank the sales associate who helped me while I was there—their assistance made the whole experience even better.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard employees in a retail environment use so much profanity around customers

I took my jacket to the repair shop here, and Xitlali the tailor was very knowledgeable about levi's products and lines. Even though he couldn't complete the repair with his tools, he provided me with the knowledge and material to get the jacket fixed elsewhere.
