Please shop at a different Levi’s. Should’ve seen this reviews. Management is not consistent nor do they care about their customers. Glad I called corporate to report them. They refused to help me with a 2 days old pants with the receipt and the tags. Fine I get it you’re saying it’s policy to not give me a refund because the tags are not attached but to not give a store credit that’s unbelievable. I call corporate and told me that information is incorrect. They should’ve offered me a store credit. They were kindly to find me a store who would take the pants for at least the store credit. Hopefully they get retrained.

The sales associate Camilla that helped me was incredible . She was kind and listened to what kind of jeans I was looking for . She helped me find them in my size and even switched them out for me when I needed a different size . She was just great the entire time .

Upon walking into Levi’s today I was immediately approached by an employee with dark hair, possibly Hispanic but don’t want to assume, with very condescending dialogue. She gave me nasty faces and completely ignored me and sat on her phone when I asked for recommendations. I’ve been on the hunt for good jeans after recently having a baby and gaining 40lbs. I’ve heard the 501 jeans fit quite nicely and was hoping to find a pair that I like today as I haven’t been feeling like my best self in my clothes lately. I think she thought because I didn’t know my size that I can’t afford the jeans? I’m unsure honestly but before I can even start looking for a new size to suit me she stops me and says “just so you know this isn’t a discount store if that’s what your thinking”… I wasn’t concerned about price, didn’t cross my mind to even check tags because I’m a pharmacist. I honestly was taken aback so I said “excuse me?” And she had the audacity to repeat it. “these jeans are expensive we don’t have discount jeans” …the “expensive” jeans were only $80 literally average price jeans? That’s only an hour of one of my work days, that’s light work.😂 I said okay that’s fine and continued to pull a pair from the stack at which she said “here I can do it for you” which was the nicest thing she said but I can only tell she said it out of agitation because the pair that I was grabbing was from the bottom of the stack and she was acting like I was a toddler who was about to ruin it but ofc I still thanked her. I also mentioned I’m tall and that I have a hard time finding one’s long enough hoping maybe she’d help? Give a recommendation? No. Completely ignored me. It’s not true religion, they aren’t miss me jeans so I’m not sure why she was acting as if me, a blonde women with a dolcegabbana purse on my arm can’t afford an $80 pair of jeans? Even if I had looked like a complete and total slob it would’ve been wrong to say, who says that to shopping customers? The jeans are average price for middle-class people. Im unsure why she felt so entitled and righteous to say that but the attitude she had was quite unnecessary for someone who chose to work in retail and makes minimum wage. The jeans I tried on didn’t fit anyways, I found better fitting ones at American Eagle thankfully but I think it’s very condescending and rude to assume that your customers can’t afford the jeans that they’re in there to buy… why would I walk into a store if I wasn’t hoping to walk out with something? definitely not encouraging, killed my entire vibe in the Levi’s store especially being on the phone with my boyfriend who heard it as well. Don’t think she’s helping promote the company sales. Edit: after posting and reading other reviews it’s clear this women is a problem. Some people just weren’t taught manners.
