Levi's® Amsterdam Leidsestraat

I had a very frustrating experience at Levi’s today. I made a purchase and completed the tax refund process in the store. However, when I arrived at the airport, I discovered that my passport number had been entered incorrectly. I had provided my passport to the staff and they copied the information directly from it, so I honestly don’t understand how such an important detail could have been entered incorrectly. I called the store from the airport because the tax refund staff told me that the store should be able to help correct the mistake. However, the store told me that there was nothing they could do. What made the situation even more frustrating was being told by the tax refund staff that the store simply “didn’t want to help me.” Hearing that while I was already stuck at the airport and worried about losing my tax refund made me feel extremely helpless and upset. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved, but the whole process was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. I spent a lot of time dealing with a problem that could have been easily avoided if the passport information had simply been entered correctly in the first place. Although the problem was eventually solved, this experience left me very disappointed. I don’t think customers should have to go through this kind of frustration because of a mistake made by the store. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will be coming back to this store again.

Fun staff, and they had everything i needed. Yes, they had fat man pants and fat man shirts. Thank you!

Super kind service from Miguel (hope that's spelled right) who helped me find a t-shirt I had been looking all over for. Great service from the other staff members who helped me fit a pair of jeans I wanted and in the end I was happy to buy both pieces and be registered as a Levi's member. Great service with lots of smiley staff members. I don't live in Amsterdam, but would happily go back to shop there. :)
