When I first walked in and started looking at all of the jeans this nice young salesman, Izzy (who was busy putting jeans back on the shelf) asked if he could help me! He asked me all the right questions, like style, likes and dislikes and even helped me figure out what size I would need (since sizes run different than I was used to). He showed me to the dressing room after carefully selecting the jeans throughout the store. He made me feel important and not rushed! I am a 50 year old lady and shop in many places and trust me when I say “you don’t find this kind of service anywhere!” Thank you Izzy for your kindness and genuine service! I will definitely be back!

Levi's shipped my order to the wrong address. When I contacted customer service about the lost package, they told me to wait 3 days, claiming it’s their “policy.” Nothing was going to change in that time, so I filed a chargeback with my bank. After that, they refused to let me buy the jeans at the price I originally paid. Instead, they offered a weak 25% discount code on a new order, which forces me to pay $33 more for the exact same pair of jeans due to their delivery mistake. Absolute bait-and-switch customer care. Avoid ordering from their website.
